NFL and Adobe Partner to Elevate Fan Experiences with AI

The NFL is expanding its partnership with Adobe to create personalized, AI-powered fan experiences for the 2025 season. This collaboration leverages Adobe's Experience Platform, Express, and Firefly applications to bring fans closer to their favorite teams and enhance engagement.

Personalized Content and Fan-Generated Experiences

Adobe's AI technology will enable the NFL to generate personalized content, including stadium experiences and promotions, tailored to individual fan preferences. Fans can access NFL-themed templates within Adobe Express, remix them, and share their creations on social media. The NFL OnePass app will also deliver personalized content, further enhancing the fan experience.

Boosting Fan Engagement and Content Creation

This partnership stems from the NFL Technology Innovation Hub, highlighting the league's commitment to integrating cutting-edge technology. Over 140 NFL Live Content Correspondents (LCCs) will use Adobe Creative Cloud products for content creation, editing, and distribution across various platforms.

“Through our expanded partnership with Adobe, we’re unlocking new levels of creativity, connection, and customization that empower fans to not only feel closer to the game but also become creators and storytellers of their own NFL journeys,” said Tim Ellis, NFL CMO.

This initiative aims to deepen fan engagement, particularly among younger, digitally-savvy audiences. By providing personalized and interactive experiences, the NFL seeks to foster stronger connections with its fan base.

The NFL's enhanced focus on digital engagement aligns with its broader marketing strategies, including expanding creator programs and exploring new partnerships to reach wider audiences.
